Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within South Africa only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days(Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Major metros (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–5 business days
  • Remote/outlying areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (e.g., festive season).

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight, via our courier partner Fastway Couriers. You'll see the exact rate before completing your order.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available in select areas. If eligible, this option will appear at checkout. Delivery windows and fees will be confirmed at the time of order.

Perishable Goods

Crackly's products are shelf-stable snacks and do not require refrigeration. However, we recommend storing products in a cool, dry place upon receipt. We are not liable for product quality issues resulting from delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses or failed delivery attempts.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Re-delivery fees may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
