Our sliced biltong offers a powerful flavour, with a balanced acidity. It marinades for 2 days in our secret Binge-Brine, packed with traditional goodness for you to binge on!

All our biltong is made from A2 Grade Beef using only silverside, topside and thick flank cuts from the hind quarter (buttock).
